T&S is our construction company, started in 1972. Read more about our founding family and our history below!

T&S Construction Co., INC. was founded. Originally started in Nevada, T&S has always specialized in utility piping, pump stations, and treatment plants. As a starting company they had around 12 employees all together. Art was always involved in the company, but began taking on larger leadership roles in the 90s.

Art Spinella took over as owner and operator of T&S Construction. Art's 2 sons, Anthony and Joe, grew up around the business; they always loved to be involved, coming to jobs, hanging around the shop, and learning as they went. Art has a fond memory of taking Joe to a jobsite and watching him smile from the trucks back window, watching the hustle and bustle at age 4. In the early 2000s T&S did a few out of state jobs, even going to North Dakota for one!

The Spinella Family,  continues to own and operate T&S Construction Co, as well as Tom's Equipment, growing the company to what it is today. Under the families leadership, we have grown to over 50 fulltime employees and taking on larger jobs. 

A few things haven't changed though: the heart of the company and our commitment to each and every one of our projects. It's a special place being family owned and operated and we all take pride in the work we do; from 1972 to today.
